  • We accept the following credit cards: MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Apple Pay, Bancontact, Google Pay, iDEAL, Poste Pay, Maestro and Shop Pay. We also accept payment by PayPal. If you decide to use this methods, you’ll be taken to the PayPal website, where you’ll be prompted to log in and process your payment. You’ll then be directed back to our merchant website once your transaction is complete.

  • Yes. We’ll provide updates at every stage of your order, from the moment you place it, through to despatch and delivery. In your delivery confirmation emails, you’ll receive a tracking reference which you can use to check the progress of your order online.

  • Once you have placed your order and been charged,we cannot modify the information. If you want to change the address, you can try to email tredieci.am@gmail.com, and maybe we can help you. If not, you must wait until you receive the tracking number, and then you can contact the shipping agency and change it.

  • Requesting a cancellation is not possible. By completing your purchase, you agree to our terms of use. If you wish to return your order, keep it mind that return shipping costs are covered by the customer.

  • Check the spam or spam tray, your confirmation email may be there.

    If you do not find it, you can write to tredieci.am@gmail.com and we’ll send it to you again.

  • We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

    Damages and issues: please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so we can evaluate the issue and potentially offer an exchange or refund.

    Wrong size: before purchasing a product, we recommend checking the sizing or asking for advice in the chat box. If the size doesn’t fit and you wish to exchange, the shipping costs are covered by the customer.

  • We work very hard in order for our garments to be the highest quality and without any defects. But even for us, it's hard to have everything under control. However, if you have a concern about a faulty or damaged item you can write to tredieci.am@gmail.com

    Disclaimer: as we explained in the sustainability page, our garments are made from recycled materials so, due to the nature of recycled yarns, impurities and color variations may appear.

    Return: the return fee will be reimbursed after a brief review process, once your order is shipped and arrives at the warehouse. This procedure may take a few days, but in the event of such a situation, we will take responsibility, resulting in a full refund. 

  • We issue refunds only if the item received is defective or damaged. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or denial of the refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.

  • When buying online it can be hard to know what's the perfect size for you, so in order to make sure you can order your garment with the perfect fit, we have made sure to add a sizing guide below all items on the website. 

    Our sizing is true to size unless stated otherwise, so if you wish for an oversized fitting we would recommend for you to order a size larger than your perfect fit.
